1-Year Warranty

Covers electrical components, dimmer function, timer, and structural parts.

Butcher Block Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Structural defects (warping beyond normal wood movement)
  • Delamination or separation of wood pieces
  • Defective materials

Important Notes for Wood Products

The following are NOT covered under warranty as they are natural characteristics of wood:

  • Natural variations in grain, color, or mineral streaks
  • Minor wood movement due to humidity/temperature changes
  • Color changes over time (natural aging of wood)
  • Slight variations from product photos

Candle Warmer Lamp Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Defective electrical components
  • Faulty dimmer or timer function
  • Structural defects (base, pole, shade)
  • Power cord defects

Note About Bulbs

Halogen warming bulbs are consumable items and are covered for the first 30 days only. Normal bulb burnout after this period is not covered.

What's Not Covered (All Products)

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) not affecting function
  • Damage caused by Acts of God (lightning, floods, earthquakes)
  • Products used for commercial purposes (unless specified)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us

    Email us at info@plamma.net with your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Documentation

    Include photos or videos demonstrating the defect, along with your proof of purchase.

  3. Evaluation

    Our team will evaluate your claim within 2-3 business days and contact you with next steps.

  4. Resolution

    If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your product at no cost. In some cases, we may issue a refund.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
