Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • In its original packaging
  • In unused or gently used condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Important Note for Butcher Blocks

As a natural wood product, the following are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for return:

  • Natural variations in wood grain patterns
  • Color variations and mineral streaks
  • Slight differences in tone between pieces
  • Natural wood characteristics and unique markings

These natural features add to the authentic charm and character of each piece, making every butcher block unique.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items that have been significantly damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Butcher blocks that have been stained, painted, or finished by the customer
  • Butcher blocks returned due to natural wood variations (grain, color, mineral streaks)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@plamma.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

Candle Warmer Lamp

Standard return shipping applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Butcher Block

Due to size and weight, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective products, we will cover return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Defective Products

If your product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
