All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Freight shipments require a signature upon delivery
• Please inspect the packaging before signing for delivery
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
• We use multi-layer, heavy-duty packaging to protect your butcher block during transit
• Delivery to curbside or loading dock is standard; inside delivery available with White Glove service

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us for international shipping rates and delivery times.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.
